More like this please

Happy guests. Guests who got up at 4am to go fishing only to have the trip cancelled once they got to the dock (rough seas).
Went out for breakfast to one of our favorite diners.
Came back just before breakfast started here and I'm wondering how I can now stretch the food. I ask if the want to eat before they go back to bed.
Oh no! We knew you weren't expecting us so we went out!
This nicely overturns the guest who was still complaining no one was here at 1pm to let him in 2 days ago.
Other guests very happy with the food. Loved their rooms. Had a wonderful time. Thank you. Thank you.

What a difference a good attitude can do to our day! Here's hoping their clones will grace your doorstep for the rest of the summer.

Why do you still not have a sign that says "Early Check-ins welcome... Just $25. All others, after 3PM. Exceptions? Just $50."

A first here. The guy who emailed several times about his wife's birthday... She was so excited to see the whirlpool tub in the bathroom that she actually skipped through the room to get to the bathroom! Also, no red wine stains.

we've had super nice people staying this weekend - mind you room 12 fell down the stairs to the breakfast room, Ive never seen anything like it , full somersault backwards! luckily she was so surprised she stayed floppy which I think saved her, both her husband and myself insisted she go to A&E for a check over (its free in the Uk so why risk it?) plus room 1 were are a wedding arrived the night before - it was raining of and on, only cold food and no floor in the marque so they were freezing and shoes ruined - said they were counting down till they could get back to their nice warm room!

YAY for all of us! I had a group of ladies for a bachlorette weekend getaway - rented three of the four rooms. I was worried all weekend that they would be loud and intoxicated and disruptive to the other room. Not a peep - respectful, quiet, on time for breakfast, pretty tidy rooms - a great weekend!

These are the kind of guests that make inn keeping a joy! Now...if you could just keep a roll of "normal" guests going for another month or two!

Had a whole house of happy guests all weekend. Hugs all around when they left! Yay!
