The past couple of reviews we have received have rated only on 3 Criteria. So I decided to find out why.
This is what is now coming up when guests try to write a review.
Just able to rate Service value and sleep quality.
I will try and post a print screen so you will understand what Im talking about. Anyone else noticed this ?

I guess Google changed how they measure things, so TA decided they must need to change things too! Always changing, tweaking. Always.
 
I noticed that today when I made a review in an effort to help a new owner get the message across that #1 - they are new owners #2 the name of the inn has changed #3 the phone number is different.
Talking with the new owner today, she said they PO had the phone disconnected before they could do anything to retain the number, gave them NO info about anything, and left them with a 1-year contract with one of the expensive online rez systems. Told her about RezKey. She also was NOT told about the State Assoc and the web page there - including the ID Password to make changes. I have taken measures to get that fixed - we are having a problem with the Admin and ID/passwords thanks to the hosting company I have been told. Meanwhile TA and all the other places the old name is have a bad phone number - as in "that number is disconnected" - and is losing reservations. This has been since May.
I was calling all our members about B & Bs For Vets and the tool-free number they were using is actually the State Tourism Call Center who gave me the info about the new name and the new number. So glad I did not give up.

weve virtually had this with our new neighbours - owed Bo Kin.com money so new owners couldn'd list till it was paid! wasn't even their bill! to be fair it wasn't much I would have paid it just to get on - but its not the point, also took all correspondence and credit card details - just left a paper diary with no contact details for guests in!
