Don't need a solution, just griping.
My batch job didn't run last night. There is no tech support on the weekends at national cc processor. Weekend extends to Monday this week.
I will be calling my account rep also to tell her we do not expect to pay late fees for their lack of support.
Luckily, everyone else paid in advance so this isn't going to compound over the next couple of days. Unless we get walk ins.
Will be looking for a new processor with weekend support. I used to be able to call on weekends. Don't know when that changed.
