OfflineJust had a walk-in who needed a room with 2 beds. Amazingly, that's exactly what I have left. Showed her the room told her the price, it was everything she needed, but couldn't I do better on the price? Well, actually, no I couldn't. And here's the kicker...'We'll only be here a few hours...'
I looked right at her and said, 'It's just as much work for me if this takes 10 minutes or all night.'
And then I told her of a less expensive place down the road.
