Assuming it's well run, people will love this.
There are SEVERAL floating accommodations docked around the harbor and waterways of Stockholm, Sweden (Stockholm sits on an archipelago of many islands). One is an old sailing ship, another is a hostel on an old barge, and there's a hotel on a rather large retired ship. Lots of people love doing something different for lodging.

There's a paddle wheel riverboat down the coast from us that's a b&b. It's a novelty and people usually just stay there once. Novelty is over, then the reality is that the rest of the boats with fishermen crank up their engines at 5:00 in the marina and create a lot of noise. Not a great way to wake up when you're on a getaway.
This tugboat looks like it's in a quite area.
