Guests today were very complimentary saying it looks like we've thought of everything someone could want.
Told me they've stayed in a few different places all over New England on this vacation and this is the first place they weren't served a big bowl of sugar to start the day. (Wait till tomorrow.)
And the bed was very comfortable. (We have them made locally.)
So, thanks to all of you who share, share, share everything you have in the rooms and in the guest areas. I'm listening.
Multiple other rooms commented on all of the info on the website and Facebook. They had all of their plans made before they got here. "You said this was good; we're going there. And we're eating here."

I get that a lot, "you've thought of everything."
It's not ME who thought of everything, it's thanks to my notes from years on Innspiring!
And thanks also to adding anything reasonable that previous guests have mentioned they'd like me to add. For the most part, you only have to get it once, then you've got it!

Carry that around in your head for a very long time. it will help on THOSE DAYS if you just hit the back-back switch to rewind to this conversation. Treasure it.

How sweet is that? Take in every moment and enjoy all the feed back. Great way to end the season with.

Gives on a nice feeling from all the hidden hard work one does in this business! COOL!

A well deserved pat on the back! Congratulations. I am convinced that the real secret to being a happy innkeeper is figuring out how to get good, appreciative guests. So glad you got some now...it makes things much more enjoyable, doesn't it?

we had a guest over pay us this week - this is a weird phenomenon caused by 4 in a bed I am sure - said we were working hard and had a keen eye for detail and he wanted to encourage us- that in itself was worth more than money.

It's so nice to get compliments. That's a keeper to go on the office wall in script '' Everything someone could want ''
