Not sure that is the right link -- it's about Air, but no hint of Anthony Melchiorri nor that graphic....?.
It's a link Melchiorri shared, not an article he wrote. It's about problems hotels are having with Air, but still a subject of interest to us all.Harborfields said:Not sure that is the right link -- it's about Air, but no hint of Anthony Melchiorri nor that graphic....?
Travelers want authentic, local experiences. They want more space. They want to pay for the things that matter most. And they want a state-of-the-art booking experience that meshes high design, a trustworthy environment and an ease of use that has largely alluded the travel sector.
If they want a trustworthy environment why are they going Air? Most have no license, no inspections, and no insurance. Shaking my head at that statement..
I think they mean a trustworthy booking environment, that the Air booking engine has good design, feels secure, and is easy to use, vs. a lot of the travel sector that still doesn't take real time online reservations, but requires guests to submit a request and find out later if they have a reservation. And some still ask people to e-mail their CC info, which doesn't feel secure.gillumhouse said:Travelers want authentic, local experiences. They want more space. This is funny, because even on Air it is just a booking request that still requires feedback from the host before it is a confirmed booking.Travelers want authentic, local experiences.
