Not sure that is the right link -- it's about Air, but no hint of Anthony Melchiorri nor that graphic....?

It's a link Melchiorri shared, not an article he wrote. It's about problems hotels are having with Air, but still a subject of interest to us all.
The graphic was on Melchiorri's FB comment, but not on the page the graphic directed us to. I don't know how they do that, have images that link to web pages that don't contain the graphic, but lots know how. Just not me!
I thought the graphic was interesting, so I included it. Comparison of leisure travelers and business travelers.

Travelers want authentic, local experiences. They want more space. They want to pay for the things that matter most. And they want a state-of-the-art booking experience that meshes high design, a trustworthy environment and an ease of use that has largely alluded the travel sector.
If they want a trustworthy environment why are they going Air? Most have no license, no inspections, and no insurance. Shaking my head at that statement.

I think they mean a trustworthy booking environment, that the Air booking engine has good design, feels secure, and is easy to use, vs. a lot of the travel sector that still doesn't take real time online reservations, but requires guests to submit a request and find out later if they have a reservation. And some still ask people to e-mail their CC info, which doesn't feel secure.

This is funny, because even on Air it is just a booking request that still requires feedback from the host before it is a confirmed booking.

Sometimes a guest does not realize how much they are paying extra to go through airbnb. One of our guests had stayed at a nice airbnb over in Bangcock for 6 nights. It was the equivalent of 52 Canadian dollars per night which equals $315 plus an added 41 dollars for booking fee plus 25 dollars for cleaning fee. So in the end it might end up more or as much as a real Bed and Breakfast. There was not a breakfast with the airbnb either.
