I literally sent an email asking for a price list and thanking them in advance, and said to please email it to me, pdf is fine, and do not call, I am not taking sales calls I am busy here with guests.
There it is, the phone ringing with them on caller id. Oh they left a message...call them back, blah blah blah, they look forward to hearing from me.

don't start had 5 phone calls from my town numbers before 9.30am this morning

Of course you didn't mean them, just everyone else.

Or they didn't read it all. Just interested in ___ and the closing with your phone #.

I get my voicemail in email. I would email them and ask them which part of "do not call" they didn't understand.
Of course, you can also write in your original email. Please note.... DO NOT CALL. But if you do, don't bother to send the price list because I will NEVER buy from you again EVER.
Then you attach the voice mail to the email with a note saying "Thanks for not listening. This will serve as proof that you don't respect your clients. Now, how are you going to repair this relationship? Guess you won't be calling me to do that, will you?
