new and novel attempt to prevent bad reviews!

would point out that UK trading standards have made them take it off their terms and conditions and that it is officially illegal

I heard that on radio 2 yesterday, couldn't believe it, what on earth made them think they'd get away with that.

isn't that terrible? and blackmailing the guests to keep them quiet! it's a good thing they took pictures. you always have to take pictures now it seems, in order to be believed. and it works both ways.
when i had guests make a terrible mess in their room and leave in the middle of the night ... i had a chambermaid threaten to quit if she had to clean in there. i went right in with camera and documented everything. gross as it was. you bet i sent an email to the guests with photos explaining why special cleaning charges were necessary. i didn't yell (in my email) was as matter of fact as i could handle. i was ready for a fight but it never happened.

the fact they run such a disgusting dump may give you a clue about their IQ and why they thought they would get away with it!

You're getting terrible reviews, it's putting people off booking, do you..?
a) do something about the issues being raised in the reviews
b) find some way to silence the reviewers
