Holiday Spirit

We have a family of 5 renting two rooms for 8 nights over Christmas. DH fluffed the rooms yesterday and saw they had put up their own mini-tree and hung stockings on our electric fireplace.
Warms my heart. I'm happy to think they appreciate the whole house decorations! We are decked to the rafters!!

I got the tree up and then hung a stocking in each guest room and put something Christmasy on each mantle. No bookings which is normal. this time of year. As we have aged, decorations have been cut back. Getting them down from storage and putting up THEN bringing the container back down stairs, taking down, and pushing a full tub back upstairs is the worst part.
