Great to see that Capital in Little Rock made their list in the luxury hotel category. One of my favorite places on earth! (Probably wouldn't mean as much if you're not an Arkie.)

Funny you should mention it... We just did a 8% raise in NOV and we are thinking we might add another 7% before the winter season ends.

I've seen consultants who say you CAN'T lower prices. I never understood the reason. Maybe it's just that once you've been out there as highest in the area, it's hard to roll your reputation back.
Not that there's anything wrong with being highest, if your place can live up to it.
