Totally!
I have streamlined our job and completely become guest free. We live across the road and up the hill. We used to have guests appear at all times of day and night.
We removed our personal address from all our documents and info folders. We replaced with phone numbers and the comment you may see us out and about on the farm feeding animals if you need us.
Now we get a call instead, or people walk up to us in the paddocks.
Also, We had a meeting and worked out all the things people were coming up about, we then added a section in our info folder and confirmation letter - common questions and this minimised the phone calls!
AND most importantly we get rid of potential problem guests from the outset - important for TA reviews too if they sound horrible and over expectational they probably are!
Now our Host Free accommodation is freeing for the hosts!
