Nope. Little fish in medium pond. Lots of room for improvement.
 
I am a medium-sized fish in the puddle called Shin nston (people actually do a Goo for the town name). I do not want to be boring with the how unless you really want to know.

OH, I thought you meant personally. No, as far as B & B, I am it in the whole freaking county.
 
Depends on your perspective.
My town? I'm a big fish in a small pond, with one of the smaller fish copying everything I do so it can become the big fish. I swear to God, imitation is their sincerest form of marketing.
My area? We're 7 miles from a giant ski resort trying to suck every bit of lodging, restaurant and retail business out of every nearby town. In that case, I'm a guppy with a giant shark chasing my tail.

Really I guess it's kind of about whether you have identified your niche (small pond) and whether you are gobbling up as much of your niche as you want. (Big fish)

In that case, I am a couple very small ponds with nets cast and a fishing pole out trying to hook a few of the big fish as they swim by on the Interstate.

But a big fish in a small pond is also a person of importance in that small town which is why I originally said a medium-sized fish in a puddle. I do not know about niche, but my little B & B (in the business sense) is a major factor in the revitalization of this puddle with all the people we brought in and the marketing we did, other small businesses started opening. The City also started marketing and writing grants and improving.
