Thanks! It's remarkable that the woodwork was never painted (especially white, in this neck of the woods).
We get compliments all the time on the woodwork. One couple who stayed with us (and were professional appraisers) said that if we ever got hard-up for money, the woodwork alone would fetch $200K!
