Okay, we are in the middle of making a new website and we need to be able to coordinate reservations from different sites like, Boo King, AirDoubleB, with our own website captures. Anyone know if Webervations can do that? (That is what we have right now on our old site). Can Reskey do that? Info? Opinions? Thanks in advance!

I use ResKey and Booking and Air. Both Booking and Air pick up my current availability from ResKey. That is, if a room becomes unavailable on ResKey, my calendar on Booking reflects it within seconds, and my calendar on Air reflects it within minutes.
In the other direction, if someone makes a reservation through Booking, that room becomes unavailable in ResKey automatically, within seconds.

Just as a side note - Webervations is, I believe, a legacy system. Upgrades are not being made, the help desk is non existent. (From what friends who still use it have said about waiting weeks for problem resolution.)
Switch now while you're in learning mode.
RezKey looks amazing to the guest and has all kinds of neat features you'll love.
And, as Arks said, it does what you need it to do.

Arks, don't you use another system that links ResKey to Booking and Air? ResKey does not do this directly. I just can't remember what the name of the system is in order to share.

Duff, as Mort. stated NOW is the time to make a change, Weberv. is a lame duck. No updates have been done in in that system since '08 or so. You get so much more with ResKey for about the same price. It is very easy to make the change.

I would say it is a no brainer. We switched from a premium product at 3 times the cost to RESKEY (thanks to the folks on this forum)
and never looked back. MUCH MUCH better in all areas, including customer support. That has already saved us hundreds and hundreds.

You also need to subscribe to My Allocator but ResKey will tell you that when you start. It coordinates everything.

Run, do not walk to ResKey! We used obsolete Webervations for the first 8 years; have been using ResKey for over a year now. No comparison. And nowhere else will you find such immediate feedback and support! John is the best "Customer Service" person I've encountered in my 40 years in the Hospitality Industry.

Toss webervations to the curb
Reservationkey.com and myallocator.com - is what you want.

Correct. As others mentioned, MyAllocator picks up your ResKey calendar, then others, such as Booking, can read MyAllocator.

Throw out webervations! Go to ResKey. And if you want to take deposits through ResKey at the time the guest books, then you can also add authorize.net They all work together.

Another great feature of ResKey is that you can pretty much customize it to look just like your website. If you need help in the future getting it to match, would be glad to do so!

Thanks so much for all the information!!! It looks like Reskey wins hands down! How can innkeepers function without Innspiring?!?! Thanks Swirt!
