We are looking to purchase an Inn along the Pacific coast, Oregon, Washington or California. We have a home in La Quinta, CA in a gated community near PGA West, that we would be willing to negotiate in trade consideration. We would like at least 5 rooms and a viable working inn. If you have thought about retiring to the desert and would like to know that your Inn is in good hands, we might be a perfect match.

Please contact me to discuss two options:
1. I have an established, 25 year old, inn for sale on an island in Puget Sound, a short ferry ride from Seattle, and am willing to consider a lease with option to purchase, and/or financing a purchase with a reasonable down payment, property in trade, etc. ;
2. If you buy an inn in Washington State, depending on the circumstances, I might be willing to provide the financing, assuming you're not an all cash buyer.

Dear Morticia,
Thanks for your suggestion. Actually, I had already done exactly that, hadn't heard anything back yet, and thought I'd also try the reply approach and see what happened.
Best wishes to all of you in your endeavors. I know it can be an adventure being in the lodging business. I owned and managed a 135 room full service hotel for over 17 years, AAA 3 diamond rated, 60 seat restaurant open from 6 AM to 10 PM, bar, jazz club, 10,000 square feet of banquet rooms, pool, etc.

I don't think they've been on here since posting that. Did you try looking them up doing a search on their user name? There may be a website with more contact info. Maybe not, most people don't use their real names or business names.

Is this still available?

Same owner is still listed on (King) county records. I would make sure due diligence and then some is done in pursuing this one.
