Something else (rezkey)

If you are a rezkey user:
I started a thread on the rezkey forum thanking John for all his assistence, keeping the price reasonable, meeting innkeepers needs, building new features at our request and after hours help!
Letting you know here if you wish to add your sentiments. I am sharing here in case you don't visit that forum. I only do if I have an issue and post the question there for help.

I have nothing but praise for John and RezKey and admit to being a shameless promoter of his system. I cannot tell you the surprise and joy I felt one morning to find an e-mail asking to be put on my waiting list - I did not even know it existed! It was a same-day reservation and enabled me to call and take it - 2 rooms.
John has added so much since then. Had some of the other systems upgraded their product rather than the price, we possibly would not be having this conversation. BUT the difference in the product, the support, and especially the willingness to LISTEN when we ask, "John, would it be possible to add this feature....."
John, we probably do not tell you often enough, you and your work are totally appreciated.

Go to the thread and tell him on rezkey, he is not on the forum here.

Totally agree. Thanks go to JB for turning us all on to RezKey even existing.
