Got a new Cookbook today

I got a copy of the 8 Broads in the Kitchen cookbook. It's a beautiful publication and I'm only a dozen pages into it and I want to make one of everything (maybe two)!
I'm a cookbook junkie.

I love reading cookbooks too. I'll go find it. thanks for the recommendation!

Once the bank account gets fatter, I am ordering some of the new West Virginia cookbook. They sent me a copy because I was invited to send in recipes and did. It has recipes from many "knowns" from around the State.

All of their blog posts with the recipes show up on the left side of the screen. You can click on any one of those to get to their blog to buy the book.

Love the pics, not a very good cook. Good thing our innkeeper is! Lol

I Love LOVE cook books. I have over 800 cookbooks . In bed and breakfast cook books I own 75. It is a passion of mine to read all cookbooks. Just this year on holidays which were cut short. As hubby broke is ankle I managed to find 14 books. Hope I have some time to read all in the next few months.

I have a few shelves of cookbooks, but some of mine are a bit different than most. Things like this or this are on my shelf. My latest two are on leftovers (some nice breakfast recipes, incidentally) and on Cicchetti (bet you need to look that one up...)

In the day, I was exactly the same. But there came a time when I had to purge all but my most wanted ones. I gave them all to local libraries. So many I just never looked at them and figured they were just dust catchers someone would throw out when my time came. So others can appreciate them now. I still have quite a few, but am feeling those too will go one day soon.
If I need a recipe now, it is just a click away on the web.
