This beautiful sunset was taken with my phone. Its so spectacular I wanted to share it! When we don't have guests, we take our dinner up to the look out at the park up the road, and watch the sunset together! (very romantic)

Wow! Hope you shared this photo with your guests as well!

Beautiful! What a nice thing to do for yourselves also...take your dinner to the park.
Yesterday DH and I went to perform a small wedding on the beach just a few minutes from our place. We had time to take a small walk and I just had to comment that how wonderful it is that a place like that was our "office". That's the part of innkeeping you can't put a price on. Getting to choose to live and work in a beautiful area.

Yes! Loving where you live helps a lot. If only the temp would get out of the teens for a few days. Brrrr! I need a break from the weather.

I saw your post on FB. It is beautiful. That is why I tell aspirings to choose WHERE you want to be before you look for a B & B. One must LIVE there and it had best be a place you love to be or you will be unhappy.
I know Sunshine is not unhappy with where she lives now, but REALLY wants to be "back home" something I understand totally having been in those shoes. So, Sunshine, until you get Home, enjoy those sunrises and sunsets - they are gorgeous and will make for pleasant memories of the years "away from Home".
