I hate to start this up again but I can't find the last thread on pillows. Did anyone get those pillows from the place in Vegas and are they any good when they sell them to 'just folks'?
 
I got 'em. Slept on them a few nights then switched back to my old pillows. The Vegas pillows are great, plush, luxurious, if you sleep on your back. Your head sinks deep into them and you're surrounded by the luxury.
But I'm a "side sleeper", and a couple of hours after bedtime it was like my head was on the mattress. I need something firmer, to hold my head off the mattress by the width of my not-so-broad shoulder.
But I still have them on my guest beds. I've always supplied 2 soft and 2 firm pillows. The Vegas pillows are my new soft pillows.

Thanks. I'll order them when I get home. Did they come in standard or queen or both?

You can choose from standard, queen, or king.
 
I ordered new pillows made from staminafibre and so far so good. The choice was the microfibre, which wasn't washable or the staminafibre which was.
 
Same as Ark. Ordered a few not as firm as expected using them as soft pillows. The shell is stiff enough to hold the shape on the bed, so they look full, which is good

That is half the battle with soft pillows, they don't look nice on the bed. So this is good news on that front.

This is why i like them. I can't sleep on a firm pillow.

It's all good. They replaced some that were about the same but didn't hold their shape as well. When I return to the inn I'll try to remember to look at the one I have been using that I like. It mushes to go from softer to firmer
