My thoughts, too! I'll take it for free! It's just twenty minutes or so from my parents instead eight hours or more! I'd drive past it when I took a friend to his doctor appointments. Though I admired the building next to it more. (the one to the left in the picture)

Funny how businesses are often priced "well below valuation" here, over 1.2 million.
Isn't the value what someone is willing to pay for it?

They really did hit the lottery, and it was enough (more than a million). The owners aren't youngsters, so that money would go pretty far in financing their retirement, I imagine. I was surprised when I heard the won the lottery from a mutual guest - when I called that morning I asked Mary why she was still serving breakfast. They really do enjoy the innkeeping, believe it or not. And they're very active in the innkeeping and local community.
They have a great business, although I would have said the ask is pretty close to the value. It's in a vibrant college town as well. It would be a good business to buy if you want a sustainable inn - it's not a lifestyle inn.

YES! It's a great place! That's why I posted it here....With hopes to connect a great person to it and let the owners free to pursue their dreams. It's a win-win situation folks!
