Fairly certain every reservation in the past 2 weeks has contained at least one food group that cannot be eaten.
The oddest entry so far? Anchovy paste.

A known TA person arriving today for two nights just emailed to say: "I don't eat eggs" after he wrote NO to any Dietary Restrictions on the reservation. What can we serve? 'Tis a full house with also one non-meat eater and a diverticulitis person that can't have seeds, nuts, etc. so no berries, tomatoes, etc.
Already on the horizon for next weekend is: I am gluten & dairy free AND another room that's vegetarian. At least they let us know ahead of time....

When I ask about "foods you do not eat", I get the smart ass answers of liver and Brussels sprouts as the most common answers. Have a no pineapple coming in Tuesday.

UGH. Glad I am small potatoes so I cannot have that many problems on any one day. You have my sympathy.
Try fried taters & onions as the main for the 3 mentioned above and a side for everyone else.

Did they come out and say they write reviews? I have lots of guests put that they found us on ta but none of them ever write reviews.
I guess I'd be peeved if someone brought up reviews before they even arrived.
Luckily, this coming weekend is repeat weekend. So far they've eaten everything we've ever made.

No he did not say he writes reviews, but did say he found us on TA. He's sent me multiple emails about odd little nit picky things that are raising flags. Plus I can see him in GAnalytics on the website way more than normal. Am just wary. I asked him if "I don't eat eggs" meant any eggs of any kind, but so far no response. Already planned a (seedless) Mediterranean Quiche for tomorrow as something different for three sets of repeats. He's also a Late Arrival/ leave the key code, so no likely other interaction before morning. There's always plenty of fruit, yogurts, homemade granola, cereals, breads, bagels, croissants available plus whatever side protein we serve. Again, just am getting that vibe...

There are more and more of them these days. Most days I can cope but dang when there are problems across the board I just want to call it quits. - but of course I find a solution. Sometimes it is through this group of fabulous innmates.

My new hurry up solution is polenta with whatever would have been in the quiche or omlette, as a sauce on top. their plate looks very much like their seatmates, with the yellow of the polenta similar to the eggs on the other plates. Plus the polenta is quick to make, and holds well.

Love this idea!
When I lived overseas I wanted to make corn bread and couldn't find cornmeal so used polenta, it was awesome.
