Booking cc info?

Are you able to access cc details on booking? Or, if you have it done automatically, is it actually being done?
 
I've never been able to get it from Booking. When I get a reservation through Booking, I go to myallocator and it lists all the CC info on the reservation. On Booking reservations, I have been charging the CC the full stay amount up front and so far nobody has complained.
 
But the info is there, right? They're telling me they have problems accessing the info and I should keep trying. How many times until my pw no longer works?

It's there. You even have to have a special password to access the cc info At first, they just said you could only see it three times but now I just get it through My Allocator and don't bother.
 
It is there for me when I access the reservation. You have to enter your password to get it and it is available only 3 times.
If you require the CVV you can only get it the 1st time you view then it disappears.
The password is now the same as your login to the system. It use to be slightly different ID and different password. This changes about 6mths ago.

Thank you! You think the help desk might have asked if I knew that changed??? I never get their emails about this stuff. Which is why I have to keep checking my listing to see what new stuff isn't what I loaded, like no address required, no credit card required for same day check in, etc.
That worked! But I just realized the guest wants to check in at 5 AM. Now not sure what date she booked for. As it stands she has to leave at 11.

I don't think I got an email about this either. I contacted my rep when I could not get the info. At the time she didn't know of the change either and she had to get back with me.
5AM! You sure do get 'em! They should know they need to book a hotel not a B&B.
