ABSOLUTELY! I copied the table and the excerpt....to remind myself and share this with others. Corina, the author is in an international FB group of web developers I joined recently. They give so freely of their help and advice it is unbelievable. Restored my faith in mankind.Wow thank you so much!
Excerpt:
always remind yourself:
Who – are my customers, who do I want (and not want) to supply?
What – am I selling, what does it do?
Where – will they search for it, where will they use it?
Why – should they buy one, why am I best suited to meet their needs?
When – are they likely to want it, when could they use it?
How – could it make their life better, how can they order one?.

As I will have to go through doing a website in the next couple months, There is an overwhelming amount of things "to consider" setting up website, reservations, social media, networking with others, etc.
I followed the website marketing experiments . com for a while; they test all sorts of aspects of web design, marketing, landing pages, SEO and other stuff to see how certain elements help. A lot of their seminars are free.
I am planning to start with the best available wordpress template that approaches an "inn" site. Responsive, SEO "ready", etc.
I have some web DESIGN experience (usability), but never actually coded anything significant. And as soon as you have a bead on everything, the SEO/web world evolves...

Thanks for sharing this article. I am wrapping up some of the final tweaks of my website (until next time I want to tweak it) and I have not subscribed to the "above the fold" philosophy. I'm glad to see this article. This gives me some confirmation about my own browsing habits and that they are the same as a lot of others. I did make sure my site was responsive as Google is now using responsiveness as criteria to increase placement in their SEO matrix.Another good article for those of you interested: http://www.web-savvy-marketing.com/2015/04/say-goodbye-to-the-fold-and-say-hello-to-a-positive-user-experience/.
