We installed (or became members of) site mind er.
It interfaces with our system and also b ooking and y elp and ex pedia and trav elosity and you get the picture. We can post our rooms to any site and if a res comes in, it books our system and all the others are blocked.
We do have to input credit info but we were already doing that with just b ooking. So it's not that hard.
Already had a few come in from vendors not used before. Excited. I'll let you know how it works out. With only 6 rooms, I wonder if we need all those services.
There is a fee. Less than we pay TA.

They are good, probably the biggest company doing this kind of stuff. They have numerous spin-off services as well, some are targeted at other regional markets (with other fees).

After only a week, DH LOVES it!.
I was really interested in this, as a possible alternative to myalloc. I tried to go ogle on reviews. The first useful site that popped up had a few (which were recent) that seemed pretty negative - listing a lot of issues.
So kind of on the fence using this or myalloc. Claims to have a lot more channels, but not sure if this would provide much more business (my primary interest). Of course being on a lot of channels, wondering how much customization / setup I would have to do on each...
Will be interested in your experience, if you have input down the road.
