I'll think about it. But $2? Am I made of money?
Yes, I'm notoriously penny wise and pound foolish.

Why is it something that needs to cost extra?
Reminds me of the bank mortgage. They would allow me to pay to pay $150 for the right to pay my own taxes and insurance, instead of through escrow. So instead, I get to constantly follow up to ensure they paid the taxes, so the city does not seize my property, if they forget to pay (yes, they forgot to pay twice in my history owning a couple properties)...

John is using Am*zon servers, so each address has to go through a verification process, different system, so likely the Big-A adds a surcharge.
Have had many issues in the past where folks hit reply and it goes into digital never-never land. Then people think we're ignoring them.

But in the verification info on the link above, it says e-mails sent by ResKey use the "reply-to" address as we set it up in our email schedule settings. When guests hit reply, it should come to us, not never-never land.
Right?

Since we know no one reads, they oft don't see that link at the bottom of the page to our email . They just auto hit Reply to and that goes nowhere.

No, it never comes back to us. It's supposed to give them a message if they try to reply that it's a no reply and a link to our address. Somehow mine had gotten turned off on the main system. Created major problems because I send a lot of extra e-mails needed food choices for our add-ons. I wasn't receiving them so I'd send another one. Vicious cycle and I looked incompetent. John found the issue and fixed it.
Thanks Mama for letting us know about the new option. I'll be opting in!

One less Cafe-Mocha a month at Tim's. No big deal. John is such a bargain to begin with. And a big help when I need him.

I get a CC on all e-mails ResKey sends to guests. They all say "From: [email protected]" at the top, but when I click Reply on them, it fills in MY address as who the reply e-mail is going to.
So I'm confused.
In ResKey, Website Tab, under Email Schedules, Default Schedule (or whatever schedule you use), do you have YOUR address listed in the "Reply-To" field on all your system-generated e-mails?

thanks for the heads up. I think we can cough up a couple of bucks to improve that situation.

indeed John is Johnny on the spot. I just love his service and prompt responses.
He wrote me an email thanking me for being the first to sign up for this new email upgrade. We had a good laugh on my not paying attention to his instructions.
