Hello all! New innkeeper here.

Hello everybody,
I've recently joined the world of innkeepers out here in Montana. I'm happy to have found this site; seems like a great community you have here, and I'm excited to learn from everyone and share my own experiences.
A bit about us; my wife and I are running a small B&B, 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms, some common areas, and we are making breakfast and putting out snacks for a "tea time/cocktail hour" in the afternoon. This is our first foray into innkeeping; she was a teacher, and I worked in various aspects of the food and beverage industry, everything from a bartender and cook to corporate.
Anyways, I'm excited to have found this forum. I hope you all have a wonderful day.

We are a 5/5 here, although we use the 5th as a 750 sq ft apt. We may go to five by 2017, as we have been preparing to convert our farm building in back into a farm dwelling.

I second what Ice said. I came on board with this group - we were over on about at the time - before I opened. I was even anxious about what to say on the phone!
