I love your place. So beautiful.
Is the dog charge per night plus the laundering ? or is it a one-time add-on?

The sign in front of the house has a big bull dog on it. Gorgeous sign. Gorgeous in. I am going to sleep in that gorgeous blue room

We actually don't charge for a guest's dog. Differentiates us from other places.
We do charge a one-time $25 charge for each additional dog, but most of our guests come with just one.

Very nice. Being at the end makes you the last thing they see. And the mention of your sign with no photo may make people curious enough to go look.
 
Bulldog needs to be at the top of the website. It's very attention grabbing!

We used to allow dogs that smoke, but so many weren't trained properly to use the ashtray.

ROFL.
We debate each season whether or not to allow them. Now we are one of 2 places in the county who will and I rake in some extra cash for my annual trek to WDW
