Round up for charity

I am renewing our website domain and at the check out it asks if you want to "round up for charity" and it is under a buck, so I clicked the drop down menu and chose one I felt was worth the rounding up for.
Does anyone know how or where we can get these for our own uses.
ie if we use Square - can we round up for charity, or paypal can we round up for charity?
Just thought I would mention this, I probably did last year as well.

Hmm I am sure they are out there...check with SQ. I do one on Ama zon for a local women's shelter.

Yes, and we can do that with our Kroger grocery store cards, etc. But wondering if there was a way to use this as an inn. -- might be something worth doing.

I know what you are saying. Our Dairy Queen has the window box and it goes local, but it has a sign that the spare change equaled $1000 a month. That was what i was thinking...only the spare change.
