Just got a new rez and they are now asking if the guest has been charged for the stay. The info box says they can save me the hassle of contacting the guest myself, they'll do it for me. (OK, it doesn't say that exactly, but that's the gist.) Then there's a drop down to select if the guest has paid in full, been charged a deposit, will pay on site or the card has been pre authorized.
 
Hmm... haven't seen this, but then I use a channel manager.
 
The Brits have been complaining about no cvv numbers today. Also there is now something about send an invoice

This is right on the booking site over the guest's name. It's a booking question, not the guest. Booking wants to take over all communications it seems. First no guest email and now they want to save me time by sending the info to the guest about the deposit being taken.

I've never gotten the cvv number.

Sounds like time to move on. I thought better of this OTA as they were providing all the guest info when Ex ped ia did not. Now it seems to be reversing. Ex ped ia is now providing both guest phone & email contact info. Since they take payment I didn't need to worry about that.
 
I've seen this for a few days and I've just ignored it. So, no emails to remind me to make a choice.
