What time is this?

Guest requests add on delivered to their room right before arrival. When are they arriving? Late afternoon, early evening.
So, what's your best guess as I can't reach them.

When you see people get out of a car I guess - then if it isn't them, at least it is in the room. Hope it is nothing that will spoil.

They called. Asked me how long it would take them from 3 states away. So, it's in the room now. A/C is on so hopefully they get here within the 2.5 hour time frame I allotted. It's a cheese tray. That's why I wondered when. Asked if they still wanted it tonight as it was prepped for 3 pm and removed from the room at 3:30 when there was no sign of them. It should be good and cheesy.
I'm going to bed.

This is where a back staircase comes in handy! We've done it many times as the one checking them in takes their time.
