Ugh!

Another Ugh day...
A review I can live without. A facebook post that uses terms that I can never quote. Oh and now I have to wash a set of sheets because a female guest... well....

It's 4PM. Still have the stairs to sweep. The whites to finish (and hope all that makeup comes off.) I managed to wash the sheets, looked clean before I put them in the dryer, but dry I can still see a colour difference... might wash it with a little bleach tomorrow and try again. I'm DEAD. When's breakfast and lunch... I don't think I had either.
It's a weekend of younger than normal guests. Good side is they are out by noon. Bad news is.... one of the rooms... I just completely gave up trying to clean the room to my normal standard. I'm not doing a can to can search to test what's empty and what still has beer in it. I'm not picking makeup off the floor. And I don't ask questions when three people share a room and only the bed for two is used. (Don't ask, don't tell, don't wanna know.)

Have you tried Oxi bleach on the sheet stain? Hang on Puss...better days are coming!

Repeat after me - This too shall pass

We got our first 'average' early this year. Great review, but average stars. We still got our cert of excellence though! I didn't think we'd get it for years after that review.

That's what I put on it. I'll rewash them again when they leave.

I had one of those as well. Don't understand it. One of my competitors got a scathing review with 4 stars?

May have been an error. You usually can contact them and ask if they meant that star rating...

I don't understand it either. Don't want to contact them as that might just start a shouting match. Thankfully every other review is fantastic and theirs just looks like sour grapes, now.
