I am curious, does anyone offer anything like a frequent stayers program?
Somewhat similar to the places with 5 or 10 punches on a ticket so the last one is free? Some salons/spas will have a 10 punch card, and punch 1 or 2 free after the first service, as an incentive.

Yes. At my discretion, tho. I made the foolish mistake of blasting it out to all my guests so now I can't undo the program except with newer guests. You'll find that guests who like you stay with you regardless. So plan your attack accordingly. We've now moved to gifting program instead of a 'stay free' program.
There is an inn that has a fairly interesting program where after so many stays (a large number) the guest gets a brick in the sidewalk with their name on it.

Cool! My University has an interesting Conservancy program, where you can buy a square foot of a large amount of natural land, and the $$ is used to maintain it. It is on a mountain that is very important to both students and graduates alike.

I typically upgrade my repeat guests to the nicest room I have at no charge! They love it and if the room is empty anyway it's a win/win.
I did think of doing something along the brick in the yard idea or having metal tree art in the bar/pool table area but I haven't gotten to it yet.

We have been fortunate enough to have repeat guests just in the two months we've been here. While we don't have a "program" we definitely did some extra things for them. One has been a walking billboard for us, bringing in more guests, so we gave him and his family free picnic lunches. He's booked two more times this year, so we will probably give him a free dinner out.
I think impromptu extras make more of an impression than a set program (stay five nights, get one night free).

Yes.
What you want to be careful of is overgiving. If every time they stay they get something they will expect it. Spread the love out a little.
But excellent that they are bringing in so much business!
