I saw this a couple days ago but have not had time to post it. I apologize for my dereliction to those of your dealing with the "I cannot have....."

Is that 'natural spring water'? We get that, too. No 'town' water. I'm seriously not sure why guests think the water in the kitchen is different from the water in their rooms. Other than that old All in the Family episode where Archie tells Edith she can't use the 'bathroom' water for cooking.
