Make eggs - how ever you or they wish. Saute squash, zucchini and onion for a side dish with some fresh sliced tomatoes.
You could poach the eggs and serve them with the tomato slices

REALLY?!?!? I don't know what I'd do!
I guess write her back and say that I have a colonoscopy on the same day that she arrives which is tomorrow and I can not accommodate this very strict diet on such short notice due to that. (Note the emails you sent earlier) Our breakfast was planned to be....... If that doesn't work, these are the local restaurants.... or I will be happy to refund her money so she can find a place that can handle her very strict diet without a surgery happening earlier. Sorry about the inconveniences this has caused.
I hope someone with more experience with these things will write soon to help you out. But I guess that what I would do after I recovery from passing out and falling on the floor.....

Thank you Copper..Just have to find cage free eggs...lol

An example where you say No. "Feel free to bring these, as we do not stock for personal requests.". Seriously, what do you think a restaurant would do?

It's a boiled egg each then, served on a gluton and lactose free plate.
Seriously though. I agree with undersea, I'm happy to pander to dietary requirements especially when they are medical conditions but this is ridiculous.

She'll never know the difference so don't kill yourself. This is not a dietary NEED - these are marketing terms and expensive choices. If you can eat cage free eggs, then you can eat all eggs. If you can eat beef, then you can eat any beef. And you certainly don't need organic veggies. I would NEVER do this for a guest! it's ridiculous to ask - I don't buy these for my two kids, I'm never paying for them for a guest.

We totally agree ....I don't even think we have any restaurants in our area that could please her....plus her email had major arrogance in it...we shall see...thank you mtnkeeper

How in the hell well she know her eggs are cage free or not! This is one person I would have said SOrry, we cannot accommodate you!!!!

How the he!! is the guest going to know if the eggs are cage-free or where they come from!? That's the most ridiculous request I've ever heard! If she's that concerned about the life of a chicken, then she should either not eat eggs at all or bring her own! Good grief!

I'm afraid I would respond that I do most of my shopping in the local market and will serve my standard fare.

OK...a guest has requested a pretty strict dietary request...cage free eggs...grass fed beef...wild caught fish...no dairy....nothing processed...organic vegetables... No carbs...this is after no response to two emails and she responses tonight at 10 pm....arriving between 4-7 pm tomorrow.... I have a lovely colonoscopy from 10- 2....help...no idea what to do....btw...No oatmeal either...lol
First of all, there is the expense. Did this person offer to pay extra for this?
If this person gave me enough notice, the answer would be that we charge extra or we cannot accommodate.... we don't do low carb!
If you are against a wall... and you are willing to expense away to accommodate here... buy a very small container of eggs, an organic tomato and an organic cucumber. Make eggs anyway you want. My suggestion is to make them sunny side up with lots of olive oil. Dice the tomato and cucumber, add a little oil, a small dash of vinegar (so you don't have to buy an organic lemon) and some salt and pepper. Serve her eggs with "Israeli salad". No carbs, no dairy, nothing process....

Just serve her eggs tomorrow. Bacon is low carb. And it's pork, she didn't mention the feed for that.
Mushroom, brocolli, spinach and avocado are low
Fruit is tough on low carb so I wouldn't even be concerned - let her choose if you offer any.
Oatmeal is not low carb that's why no oatmeal.
Grass fed beef tastes different from other beef ... but I also buy cage free eggs for me and I don't taste a difference. I don't serve fish at breakast. Organic? Yes, if you usually shop this way ... But these are her personal choices and they jump the price on every single item, sometimes double. Without seeing sources it's hard to guarantee anything.
I can't imagine you're seeing this since you've got a medical procedure in an hour but I wouldn't divulge your personal info - medical procedure if you feel the need to say anything.

Wow. Just wow.
This is why I'm thinking of calling every guest who mentions even the tiniest 'food issue' and nailing them down. Today we were all set to make gluten free waffles for a guest and then I hear, 'OH, that's the ONE thing I don't eat. Just make me...' Luckily, it's fairly quiet here this week...

WTF??? What did she ask for?
On the other hand, I had a grown man eat two snak pack sized Fruit Loops yesterday. Fine. I guess that's why they are there. But the blueberry pancakes are pretty good!

This statement is illuminating. I am thinking that personal preference statements outside what we serve, are an extra charge. Per request. After all, you have to go out and shop again, often at additional charge so something like this for mine (note the line of humor):
"We provide several delicious homemade options (chef's choice) for our guests. We remove most common allergens and disliked foods from our menu. One choice is generally GF/lactose free/vegan. Personal preferences like cage free quail eggs or organic Yak butter, IF available, bear an extra charge to cover our special shopping trip and costs. And they must be arranged well in advance. If you wish to bring these along, we will do our best to prep them for you. Otherwise, we may not be the best fit for your particular needs."

Anyone who follows that kind of regimen at home knows that it's difficult to source and expensive to pay for......as well as highly unlikely to find at a restaurant who doesn't already specialize in that type of food sourcing already. As someone who more or less tries to eat like that at home, I also live in the real world.
I can think of a few words that would describe someone who sends that kind of email demanding it from somewhere that doesn't specialize in it already, most of which wouldn't get past the censors, so I'll settle on "unrealistic".
I will say that restaurants that specialize in organic/free range/wild caught/etc also charge a hefty premium.

And what kind of guest will she be? Please carry my 29 pieces of luggage to the third floor please? Can your valet park my Bentley in the back? Can you provide me a 4AM wakeup call? Do you have Peruvian llamas available for our practice hike to Macchu Picchu?
What the heck kind of review will she leave? "There were no Picassos on the wall, and the 7.5 acre lot was far too small for my taste. The Butler and chambermaid seemed to be missing..."
Japanese statement that I usually detest (they are totally into conformity). "The nail that sticks up will be hammered down." But it fits here.
