First timers

Lots of first time B&B goers this week. Most of them suitably impressed and happy they chose a B&B instead of a hotel. Always nice when they say that on the way out the door.

I love 1st timers! After their initial deer in the headlight phase, they typically are great guests. I'm sure you changed a lot of stereotypes they may have had.

I love it when guests say they tried to book at a hotel and it was full so they ended up at a b&b ... and if they end up at a great one they are forever fans!
This is when you guys shine.

Last time I was home we had two couples that were B&B newbies. They said that they enjoyed the entire experience and that we had converted them to "bed and breakfast people".
Nice.
Although there are a few I would like to have converted to motel people. Before they stayed with us.
