Events ALWAYS conflict with at least one other event. It's a fact of modern life
Too many events is not the problem. The problem is too few days!
 
Made my meeting and room reservations for the Nashville meeting this morning. During hotel checkout I found an optional checkbox to agree to the terms below...

It's the frequent guest program of Starwood Hotels (they own Westin, Sheraton, and several other chains). I guess people who travel a lot know the rules of the Starpoints. I have a Starwood membership card, but only get 1 stay every couple of years, so I never pay any attention to it.
 
Good agenda with focus on learning. Excited for the summit. Registration will lead you to maintain networking. Must go for that. Best of luck.
