Got this in my FB news feed today.
If you want to innmates, go ahead and list 101 ways why this is not the brightest idea for people, so much for Trip Advisor being about REVIEWS YOU CAN TRUST.

Oh brother! They can't let air make all of the make all the money. This does not sound real kosher

They are just jumping in on the money making band wagon. The big OTA's are doing it too. I have seen a few on Boo k ing and Ex ped ia and since they are on it and TA can use the listing to make money ....

I wonder what that costs? Afterall, anyone who rents will have to supply a phone number and TA charges us big bucks for a business listing that includes our phone number.

They will low ball it at first to reel them in or they may go the way of Air and do it by commission. They all want what Air has and to do that will mean looking at things a different way. That is one of the ways they offer listings for their vacation rentals (the last time I checked anyway).
