Cannot remember which company was determined the best Vista? Got? Print...... Was there another?
I am going to do a wedding show for the Elopement Package and want handouts

I use Vista Print for postcards, etc. Small BnB here there for small budget

I just placed an order from Vista. It's a toss up between low price on the cards and high shipping or the other way round. My 50 postcards (info on both sides) were $9 for 50, standard size. Incrementally higher the more you buy. $9 for shipping but that was slow boat shipping. Ordered Jan 30, shipped out today. Est arrival Feb 10. But, my order was for 5 different cards at 50 each. If you order a big stack it goes faster.

I use gotprint dot com
Just ordered 1000 postcards yesterday. The quality and prices are as good or better than Vista, and they don't hit you with 100 pressures to buy more stuff during the check out process!!

What do you use your postcards for?

make sure you do a discount code I always do a quick google search before I order as they pop up at 50% off and all sorts

In my case, not related to the inn business. But maybe Gillum can comment on her plan. Involves West Virginia, no doubt!

I plan to use them as my rack card for the Elopement Package. On the front, photos of elopements on the back what they get and may, as a tracking mechanism, include a discount code to see if this show is effective. I had to get an increase in my liability with them as a rider for that 1 day (discovered THAT was cheap enough). Since I want where the action is (ballroom), not in the hall or smaller rooms, the vendor fee is $300. I figure since some ads cost almost that much, it is worth a shot. Past years it has fallen on a date that I already had a commitment and I could not do it.

UGH!
The total for this event (gas, rack cards, giveaways, decor for your booth, your own meals etc and vendor fee) will you ever get a return on this even close?

Definitely. The event is about 10 miles from me. I plan to take a bouquet (now that you mentioned it I might just get the real deal instead of the silk one I have) and might bake a wedding cake as show (provided I can find a topper - A C Moo re does not carry them any longer). I will do a place setting at the table and the postcards to hand out. I will not need meals but I will have to provide a door prize worth at least $50 (thinking of making another wine basket and pitting toasts of coffee in it with a GH mug.
Even with getting the real bouquet and the cake AND the door prize, vendor fee I will have less than $500 invested so one wedding will cover it. I am doing it because it is local in hope of getting some of the weddings that cannot afford the big magilla but want something memorable and nice.

When is it? If you have time you might consider white barrel pens with your info on them. I always needed a pen at these sorts of things! They're about 19 cents each. Even less if you get the stick instead of the click. (pens.com)

ask Swirt...he would be glad to add it. :) I guarantee it.
Updated: Looks great!
