Difficult situation - how to handle?

OTA rez came in just as I booked second to last room. Last room is the detached bath. Guest has been called & emailed. No response either way. Should I keep the rez or move guest to another inn without talking to guest? I would be highly upset to get a detached bath unless I opted for it. Time is running out, rez is for this week.

id keep it - if they don't answer phone or email there isn't much you can do.
