If I ever suggest canning individual portions of grapefruit again, please remind me of my stupidity. Or does someone have a fast way of peeling the segments? Because I spent almost and hour and a half doing a dozen and a half individual servings into the canning jars. UGH!
 
I did the orange marmalade this year and I had ZERO idea how long it was going to take and that was making pints.
I'll volunteer to remind you not to do that again.

Oh, I would gladly make more jam or marmalade rather than this.... any day. I can a lot of jam and sell quite a bit. But this experiment.. a failure.
Won't be doing that again. I wonder if they have tinned segments at the supermarket, so I can use those and flavour them then can them.

We bought grapefruit segments all the time.No way was I wasting my time doing it. Can be found in the refrigerated section of the grocery Store..I think Dole.

Cold packed. If your grocery has the fridge in the fruit section, that's where they are. Yes, Dole. We used to get those all the time until too many guests refused to eat grapefruit. It's pink.
