I know I've mentioned this before, but my next job is going to be taking photos for real estate companies. So that there are not 15 out of 27 photos taken of the same 2 things - outside of house and garage from pretty much the same angle.
Oh, and the living room? Tv off and no lounging in your pajamas while the real estate person is trying to sell your house. Seriously, huge TV and you can see the person's legs with flannel pj's and slippers.
Laundry stacked on the beds and thrown on the floor.
You maybe don't want to sell this house?

LOL - looked at a listing this last week and thought the same thing!
Beds that looked like someone had a wild adventure the night before.
Toilet seats up, towels on the floor.
Groceries, unbagged, sitting on the kitchen counter. - Or is it they don't have pantry space?
This one was marked as a former B&B by the way!

The best photos are the ones where you can see the photographer or the host in window/mirror reflections butt-naked (or just in underwear).
Are you considering using HDR photos too? A few years ago I read a pro-HDR article where some real estate agents mentioned that properties with HDR photos got like 5% more interest and 2%-3% better prices.

I think those photos look fake. Some are ok but some are just weird.
Someone listed a house in the paper today with HDR photos and it looks painterly.

What I hate? Words incorrectly spelled and bad grammar. I know you can make a mistake (I have, numerous times) but hey! You can edit in the world of the Internet!!
