Except of course if you get into the MJ business, you no longer have a bank you can deal with.

Actually, rec shops in Washington State now take credit cards. So there is bank affiliation, and it is increasing as the industry gains traction. It is only a matter of time. And since you need a business license to operate, it's two distinct entities and taking credit cards at the B&B would not be affected. MJ is typically cash and carry anyway.

Our loan is through our local bank. They know our business quite well obviously, so obtaining a loan through them would not be any hassle. They are very pro business.

The US government still has laws against providing banking service to anyone in the MJ business... which is why that business is cash and carry... and has all those body guards all the time.
