My egg supplier has a surplus of eggs right now. There seems to be some information that suggests separating and freezing raw eggs can be done. Anyone have any experience?
 
I think you can put them in ice cube trays and freeze them, then bag them. Have not done it that I remember, but remember reading it.
 
Yes, break the yolks and mix a bit, but don't add air. Good for up to a year. If separate; egg whites freeze well, egg yolks need 1/2 tsp of salt per cup to prevent them from becoming lumpy.
