Our guest asked us where he could get his freshly caught fish cooked to order. We didn't know and suggested he call the local lobster pool.
They told him The Gloucester House restaurant does it.
The guests loved it. The fishing boat filleted their fish and the restaurant cooked it for them. They each chose a cooking method from the menu and the restaurant charge $10 each!!!
We had no idea but we know now. What a cool thing to offer.

On one of my R & Rs (vacation is family - R & R was luggage and money) I went fishing on Lake Erie because I had never done it. I caught a 3 pound walleye (before I became seasick) and the boat people told us where we could get our fish cleaned. I know mine was 3 pounds because my cleaning bill was $1.50. I asked how much to ship it home and they said just come by as you are ready to leave town - they would freeze it for me. Had to explain I was not coming back this way. They shipped it and it cost about $30 for the shipping. Himself understood and we enjoyed eating MY fish when I got home.
Great information about that restaurant when you are living in a fishing area.
