We do a hot food buffet with eggs, pancakes or French toast and meats.
We've been using a home style steamer tray with three sections. We are on our second. They burn out with 'commercial' use. And the tops are not very strong. They crack and break easily.
We have decided to go a bit more industrial. Any recommendations? I'll be cyber-shopping later.

When I find something commercial that I like I ask the line people. We got great advice for a commercial toaster at a diner.
Pop over to the big inn and ask what they use.

Nesco has what you are looking for also. They are in Wisconsin. The Roaster - I think.
No I think she is looking for a commercial warmer..not a roaster
.
The roaster has a warming tray attachment.
I like it except the top is huge and there is no place to put it down as you serve yourself.
I think I need to go to a restaurant or hotel supply.

I went to a restaurant supply store and found a three compartment steamer by Cadco. Looks to be the same size as the home one we have and the top flips up but stays attached. Way better.
Thanks for the suggestions. We shopped all of them.
The one we have is made for home use, not every day use.
