Is there standard lease for live-on property innkeepers?

Hi!
I am curious if there are any boiler plate lease agreements for managers who will live on the property and oversee daily operations.
I need something more than a standard lease as it (I think) should encompass our work agreement / full package description of what our expectations of are of each other.
If you have any ideas or resources I would greatly appreciate the share!!

Sorry nothing is standard when it comes to innkeeping. Did you do a search because I think we have discussed this before.

Standard? No as each property is different. BUT why don't you contact your state association. Maybe they can point you to some Inns that are have a set up such as what you want to do. Maybe by having a starting form you can revise to capture everything you should address.
