Mine is during check in I point at the breakfast room door and say and breakfast is down the stairs there 7.30 to 9.30 say the same thing to every guest - morning comes "oh more stairs" or "is breakfast down here (note MASSIVE wall mural saying so) - can't win them all

Quite honestly, I have only been at it 20 years, but I really do like it. Possibly because I do not get a lot of nitwits.

What is the WIFI password? The one on the card in my room that says WIFI password doesn't work.
