How to find someone's address?

I'm at a loss. You used to be able to search by name for someone's phone and/address. Not possible without paying. Is there a way to use an 'online phone book' to get an address? I know if you have the address you can find who owns the property, but can't figure out how to get the address if you just have the name.
Or, does anyone have a paper phone book for New Milford, NJ?

No, but try white pages or a record page. They will give you the address to make sure its the one before they charge you to see their police records, credit scores, etc.

Whit Pages gave me nothing without asking for money.
