Ahhh, that explains things somewhat. I think when we started we were just too low volume to really make it worthwhile for him. Glad to hear all is well with those here who use his services.He actually prefers phone calls instead of emails. Also, his agreement with the processor does not allow him to tell you he's changed to another processor unless you ask him. He made a change several years ago and I found out only when I called him in regards to some fee increases. Then he told me I could switch because of my complaints..
