I know several of you use Tom as your middle man for processing. I have tried to reach him several times in the last several months, with no return call. Anyone else have issues with reaching him?
 
Following good things being said on the forum I emailed back in the spring to ask questions and never received a reply, of course email could have gone to a spam folder and I did not follow up a second time.
 
Tried TW over three years ago. Took a bit of tenacity regarding slow to get back to me communication but did get signed up. The plan was....OK.
susequently too much monthly statement fees plus a changing calvacade of mystery fees. Ended up going with Square.
Havent looked back.
 
UPDATE: He phoned me back, thank you for your responses. I'm sorry there was some trouble for y'all. He has been great to work with, I'm very thankful that I don't have to deal directly with the processor. I did that for several years before switching to him. For me, I think I have saved a little money, but more importantly, just not dealing with the irritation of the processor is worth anything I might have saved anyway.
 
He actually prefers phone calls instead of emails. Also, his agreement with the processor does not allow him to tell you he's changed to another processor unless you ask him. He made a change several years ago and I found out only when I called him in regards to some fee increases. Then he told me I could switch because of my complaints.

Ahhh, that explains things somewhat. I think when we started we were just too low volume to really make it worthwhile for him. Glad to hear all is well with those here who use his services.
